Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
Eternia respects your privacy and handles personal data carefully and only where it is needed. This page explains what we collect and why.
1. What we collect
From couples: name, email, wedding details, and the photos, video and music you upload.
From guests: the name, phone number, optional email, events attending and (where applicable) family group that they enter when replying. We also record the time a pass is checked in at the gate.
2. Why we use it
To show the invitation, collect replies, issue QR passes, run gate check-in, and let couples manage and download their own guest list. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
3. Who can see it
Guest replies are visible only to the couple who invited them and the Eternia team who support that couple. The gate check page shows only that a pass is valid, the events and table, and whether it was already used. It never shows names, phone numbers or emails.
4. On your device
After a guest replies, their pass is saved in their own browser so they can reopen it at the venue. It stays on that device until they clear their browser data. We do not use advertising trackers.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored with trusted cloud providers using access controls and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
6. How long we keep it
We keep invitation and reply data while the invitation or keepsake page is online. On request, we delete or return a couple's guest list after the event.
7. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use. Guests can ask the couple or contact us directly using the email below.
8. Children
Eternia is not directed at children. Couples are responsible for the details they enter about guests.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
