Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms explain how Eternia works for couples who order an invitation and for guests who open one. By using Eternia you agree to them.

1. Who the service is for

Eternia is for couples (and the families or planners acting for them) who create digital wedding invitations, and for the guests they invite. You must be 18 or older to order an invitation.

2. Your account

Eternia creates your couple login for you. Keep your password private and change it after first sign-in. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Packages and payment

Features depend on the package you choose (Basic, Standard or Premium) and may be adjusted by us on request. Every invitation is quoted individually and prices are in Naira. Payment is arranged with our team, usually via WhatsApp, before your invitation is published.

Once your invitation has been published, fees are non-refundable, except where we fail to deliver the service. If you cancel before publishing, contact us and we will review a refund in good faith.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, music, names and text you upload. You give Eternia permission to store, display and process them only to run your invitation.

You confirm you have the right to use everything you upload, including music and images of other people. Do not upload anything unlawful, hateful or infringing. We may remove such content.

5. Guests and RSVPs

Each reply admits one guest. QR passes are for a single admission: the first scan admits the guest, later scans show as already checked in. Passes may not be sold or shared.

The QR check-in is a convenience tool. Physical entry and security remain the responsibility of the couple and the venue.

6. After the wedding

Two days after the wedding date, the invitation turns into a keepsake page. RSVP and check-in stop working. We may keep the keepsake online for a reasonable period and will tell you before removing it.

7. Availability

We work to keep Eternia running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Guests rely on their own phones and networks, so we cannot be responsible for connectivity at your venue.

8. Limit of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Eternia is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost bookings or event disruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your package.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new date here. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still stands.
